Cancellation Fee:

If you decide to cancel your order after making the payment but before it is shipped, a cancellation fee of 3.5% will be applied.


Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item, with a 70% refund available. Please note that a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate action to rectify the issue.


For a prompt exchange, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, a refund of 70% will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
